scripts will allow users that go on your site to know if the server is online or offline for maintenance.
scripts will be applied on login.php, register.php, and header.php, along with mySQL inserts. I'm going to try making a panel for admin panel so only admins who have access to the server files are able to shut the server down for testing the purpose.

When these scripts are applied, they will allow testing purposes to test new material in case something goes wrong like your editing the header page to make it look good and someone logs in and sees that there is an error giving them the information needed to hack your server.
These script are able to block people from knowing the truth about your information. apply these scripts and test them out. when installing something new to the site, and the server is offline for users only, The staff is the only people who can access the site. when users log in, they will be notified at logged in where it tells them that the server is offline for $reason. if users are online, and you shut the server down for edits, the users will get the message on the next loading screen. The staff is not affected by it but will have a message at the top letting them know that the server is online or offline.
