From what I hear Mccodes V3 is more advanced and updated security though So meh we shall see guys & gals =], I think Magictallguy will be testing hacks so I'd say it'll probs be secure to an extent

i would hope they are planning to take down all the v1/v2 sites out there but thats not going to happen since theres something about there copyright v3 may be nothing more then a quick cash boost b4 everyone gets a copy

Well, They cannot take down any site's using illegal MCCodes simply because they cannot determine who has a valid license without going through paypal logs, Also as you stated due to there age at the time, There isn't any copyrights on the engine to be used against anyone.

I'm hoping MCCodes V3 is all encrypted and copyrighted so they can take action

I doubt there is going to be a "beta" like there was for MD.
Also, I will certainly have a spot if they decide to, but I don't think they will.
