So they start peacefull have 90 days where they stay peacefull unless they come out on their own. but once aggressive they can go back to peacefull mode after a week or two of no wars. anyone have this or something similar?

This would be easy to do, Just add a table, then a cron

I can do this, although it would be custom work and not in mod-form.
Unless you want it very basic?

wont this be as easy as a few sqls and the war drop down only showing warring gangs?
