I play alot of games and have never seen this mod yet

I think it would be cool if you could have a mod called "Extend Users House"
Where there will be a link on estate.php that say "Extend Your House"
you then get brought to a different page where it gives you 3 choices

1. Extend Floor 1 - Price (your choice) - Plus (your choice) house will
2. Extend Flor 2 - you get the jist of it

can go up to as many floors as you want and whichever price you want meaning even if you have the best house you can still uprgade your house in some way
