Would like to see an advanced school mod
Each class having a requirment in level and or Stat (example iq 18 needed for flight class)
Each Class when completed suscessfully show up on the players Profile and will unlock special Jobs,Shops,Increase Stats,Ability to use certan items,give bonuses to certan actions ect...

Example... Player takes the Driving class and on his profile says Completed Driving course and they can now see an buy items from the shop Auto dealer...He also can now see a special Crime Transport contraband and IS allowed to take the Advanced Driving class.
and allowed to buy and sell cars

there are many possibile classes one could take and things it could unlock

You need to be more specific.

This is a good idea..... but... you say certain classes unlock other jobs/shops/stats/itemuse.
That's not a mod, thats a change to about 5 different aspects of your game, you would need a completely new system for each.
While its very possible, you really can't expect someone to just poof up a mod that can work with your current game and effect 7+ parts of your gameplay.

What you need is a coder to work on your game to do this, as a mod simply isnt feasible for such a list of tasks

Redqueen is gaining knowladge at an amazing speed and has coded her first simple mod so we will have a coder soon

yeh I understand each part each mod that uses a skill would have to be altered
we have the Workshop and would be cool if taking the Electrican or carpentry class would decrease the time or chance of failing
and jail breaks taking a locksmith class would increase the chance or a First aid class increasing the ammount you heal
all of these would require altering each part they effected workshop mod jail mod hospital mod
