Me and my mate got a new game and i dont know how to code; i need a mod

The mod is a federal jail chat interface; so that we can communicate with the in mates so they can appeal  ;) As i dont know how to code this can soemone tell me the code for it drop me a mail on:

show proof of purchase and the license. all McCodes purchase depend on McCodes and if it was you and your mate, you have to have a contract of partnership.

ummmm theres many games co owned were the owners dont have a contract of partnership as long as you have a deal and can show you have one your fine
