ok i have found this website that is using the mccodes game script and they have removed the copyright off there script but i dont know what version it is

i am a co-owner of a free hosting company and this guy who is running this script was on our forums trying to re-sell the mccodes script

Well we don't control the mccode rights so we can't do anything.
You would need to take it up with the owners of mccodes.com.

However, reselling an already basic script is pretty lame. =/
