How to Cron

I am running my game and i dont know how to cron the energy and things can some one tell me how to do this.

go to cpanel on your hosting site and look for cron jobs and paste in the url that the install spit out...you should have like three...and set them to run on the correct interval. it will either be in unix format or have a nice little select box type deal for once every hour minute yada yada

You should consider paying $5/month for shared hosting on say... lunarpages/bluehost just so you can have a real server/webdomain. Its fairly cheap and players tend to not flock to freely hosted games.
