Database management
« on: November 04, 2009, 07:44:48 PM »
AS we work on our game and add more and more itmes to it the add creat edit menues become more and more mosterous and harder to deal with.
right now the sort methoud is by order it was created ie item number and this (for me ) isnt the best way
adding the workshop mod and adding dozens of components to make into other items is becomming insanely hard to manage.

is there a mod can one be made ot can it be change in Version three where the admins get drop down menues to slect the typle of item they want to edit or modify or remove so they dont have to serch through a sea of entrys.
10 items each taking 3 items to create makes for a 40 item menu and thats jsut for 10 items
and with weapons and armor and wanting to have a lot of choices for players the database is growing out of control

thanks
