im new to mccodes

I downloaded mccode lite and i look for a free cron hosting and i signed up and it would't let me upload the file just all of them which then didt work

and i trying to host it but i cant upload the files how do i upload them can someone put a url for a vid whitch will show me from downloading it to haveing the site online
