I need the errors fixed.

When i try to register, several errors come up. Im not sure how to fix these as im new to PHP.
The same errors come up when i try to login to my account.

The errors seen to be coming from my mysql, and the databases.

All i need done is these errors to be fixed, and the basic template of the game to be there, and working for me to edit.
