My web hosting is with
Network Solutions and I installed the MC V1 just to test out some codes. When I installed it I received my links to enter for the command for the cons, but the thing is I'm a it puzzled on setting up the options for minutes, hours, days, etc. on my host. Here is a screen shot of what it looks like with the options:

These are all of my Cron Options, i'm also curious on how to work with a cron minute but the lowest is an hour. If anyone is familiar with using these options or hast
