HELP!!

hey i need some help. i downloaded the free version of mccodes and have been doin the step by step setup. Ive created my database and it says that i should recieve a file called dbdata.sql in myphpadmin. i never got this file, can someone copy and paste it here for me?

check your public_html for a file called dbdata.sql
If not, contact mccode support

i figured this out. now im having problems with the index.php file. it wouldnt load so i changed my login.php to index.php and its still not working?
