paid support seems to think if he ignores the support tickets long enough, that we'll go away.

but unfortunately, im not some little script kiddie, i know my legal rights

5 days (in a matter of hours) and still not a single response from paid support, yet like jds said, cronus gets his money straight away when we purchased the scripts.

ive taken the measure of taking screenshots of all releveant mails (to both cronus and paid support)

ColdBlooded is not linked to cronwerks and they did drop off all the support forums for about 2 years so why would you want to talk to him? O.o
