If you purchase a mod, and need a replacement of the code(formatted PC, lost it, etc), all you need to do is simply file a support ticket. You are allowed 3 recoveries, after they have all been used your download link will be terminated and you will no longer be able to submit requests for replacements.
The admin-side support area has recently been revamped and is now extremely simple to do all of the things that used to take a while. Support ticket response times have sped up and it is now easier than ever to keep up with all inquiries.
