After quite a bit of work and study into how to go about it, the instant download service is now live!
Here is the breakdown of how it works...
A mod creator decides to sell their mod with us here on cronwerks, the fee is $10/life.
The mod creator then sends Cronwerks the mod in .rar form, with their description/price/paypal address.
We then upload the files to our server(hidden) and set up the mod info in our database, and make a post here on Cronwerks.
Our purchase system then lets users purchase the mod through our payment system with ease, all payments going directly to the creator.
After purchase our IPN immediately sends the purchaser a message in the forums with the one time download link, and a link to PM the creator.
Also, the seller of the mod receives a message showing what was purchased, who purchased it, and how much they profited from the sale.
Everything is fully automated for both the buyer and the seller leaving everyone with an overall better experience.
