Are the settings for this mod user specific?
Can one user set it up to only get SMS when they are attacked while another gets notification for only cash transfers etc

It is definitely possible. However it would take a bit of editing on your part.
I had it working like this on my old game.

Hi,

I can not get this script to work.

People are getting the welcome text (well some people but I dont think that is the scripts fault just the mobile networks).

However I have tried to set it up so they get a text alert when they are beat up/hospitalized etc but the text is not coming for this.

Paid support is NOT whereyou file support tickets for mods. If you try to get support for mods there, you won't receive support obviously. You need to go to "my mods" and click support next to the mod you need support for.

Also, we don't give refunds simply because YOU can't install correctly.
