Why user meta refresh?, unless you want to wait a few seconds before the refresh if not just use header('Location: locationhere'); ...
The point of what he is saying is that he already has that declared somewhere in his code, which is why it is erroring, this is not an option.

and as far as I know V1 or V2 does not come with <link rel='stylesheet' href='style.css' and it seems to have the error on the that line.

There is no setting up, its not a script, its about 20 characters of html code that you could have found in 5 seconds on google. Also it has nothing to do with your style.css. Also it has nothing to do with the fact that your version is legal while others might not be, why don't you stop sticking your nose in the air and try actually listening.

i got this but havent installed it yet , i have to dig it out . but i want to know if i can use this with the fedjail appeals  with no problem ?
